An urgent print enquiry starts with a clear deadline and a usable specification. EZ Print offers same-day printing, subject to artwork, stock and production capacity confirmation. Timing is agreed for each job. Send the brief early in your planning and let us confirm what is possible before making arrangements around it.
Start with the job and the deadline
Tell us what you are printing and how it will be used. A meeting handout, an event display and a packaged gift have different material and finishing needs. Include the quantity, finished size and whether the print is needed for delivery or collection by arrangement.
Give the actual date and the point at which you need to have the finished print. That lets the enquiry cover production and handover together. Availability for an urgent job does not establish that every format, quantity or finishing combination can use the same schedule.
Send artwork with the enquiry
Attach the file in WhatsApp or email after preparing your message. Tell us whether it is the final version and whether someone still needs to approve it. An artwork check can identify a missing bleed, a low-resolution image or a font issue before production begins. Revisions and approvals affect the agreed schedule.
If you only have a rough idea, explain that at the start. A photograph of an existing item can help describe the intended result, but it is different from a file prepared for printing. Ask what is needed for the specific product rather than treating a screenshot as ready artwork.
Separate essential details from preferences
List the details that must stay fixed: wording, brand colours, finished size, quantity and required date. Then list the choices you can discuss, such as stock or finishing. This gives the conversation room to find a specification that meets the practical need.
Finishing is part of the job. Foil, embossing, die-cutting and binding may require tooling or a particular production sequence. Mention these in the first enquiry; adding them after a schedule is agreed changes the specification that was assessed.
A useful message to send
- Product and intended use.
- Quantity and finished size.
- Stock or material, if known.
- Printed sides and required finishing.
- Artwork status and who approves it.
- Required date, handover needs and delivery area.
The quote builder prepares these details as a WhatsApp or email draft. Review the message, open the channel and attach the artwork. The draft has not been sent until you send it in that channel.
Confirm the agreed plan
EZ Print reviews the specification and confirms the schedule in the quotation. Check that the quantity, material, finishing and handover arrangement match the brief. Production follows the agreed order and artwork approval.
If the specification cannot fit the requested date, discuss the choices that can change. The same-day printing page explains the availability conditions, while the product directory helps you describe the format you need.
