Unlike standard retail goods, bespoke printing has no arbitrary retail markup. The quotation for any project reflects the physical materials, machine setup, and finishing operations required to produce it:
Volume & Press Technology
Industrial sheetfed offset printing carries initial setup costs for aluminium plate imaging, press ink wash-up, and registration alignment. Once running, unit costs decrease significantly as quantities increase. For agile, short runs, digital dry-toner and inkjet presses offer efficient production with minimal setup overhead.
Grammage & Caliper Bulk
Paper is priced by weight (grams per square metre, or GSM) and tactile bulk (caliper thickness). Standard stocks such as 128gsm art paper provide economical marketing distribution, while heavy 350gsm art cards or textured uncoated fine papers require premium pulps and specialized feed handling.
Sheet Yield & Formats
Standard ISO paper sizes (A3, A4, A5, A6) impose efficiently onto industrial parent sheets with minimal paper waste. Custom trim dimensions are readily accommodated and calculated to optimise sheet yield.
Surface Finishes & Tooling
Embellishments such as thermal matt or gloss lamination protect ink and paper fibres. Bespoke treatments like hot stamping foils and custom die-cuts require precision brass or steel tooling manufactured specifically for your design.

Subject to artwork, stock and production capacity confirmation. Timing is agreed for each job.
