1. Collection of Personal Data
In the course of providing commercial print brokering, estimation, and production services, we collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when requesting a quotation, transmitting artwork, placing an order, or communicating with our team.
Such personal data may include:
- Contact information, including full name, business designation, corporate entity, contact telephone numbers, mobile or WhatsApp numbers, and email addresses.
- Delivery and collection coordinates, including office addresses, recipient names, and delivery instructions for courier transit.
- Billing details and accounting records necessary for corporate invoicing and statutory record-keeping under the Companies Act 1967.
- Data embedded within artwork files, such as personnel names, staff photographs, corporate credentials, or employee particulars intended for name cards, staff passes, or company publications.
2. Purpose of Collection, Use and Disclosure
Your personal data is collected, used, and disclosed strictly for legitimate commercial print purposes, including:
- Evaluating print specifications and preparing official written quotations.
- Pre-flight verification, plate preparation, digital proofing, and executing print manufacturing through our production network.
- Arranging courier dispatch, logistical handover, or collection arrangements at our registered office suite.
- Managing customer accounts, issuing tax invoices, processing payments, and maintaining compliance with statutory auditing standards.
- Responding to your technical enquiries, scheduling communications, and customer support requests.
3. Consent and Deemed Consent
By providing your contact information, artwork files, or specifications via our website forms, direct email, or official WhatsApp channels, you are deemed to have consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry or print order under Section 15 of the PDPA.
Where you transmit print files containing the personal data of third parties (such as colleagues, employees, or clients), you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary statutory consents from those individuals prior to submission.
4. Disclosure to Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. We disclose personal data only to vetted third-party service providers who assist us in fulfilling your order, including:
- Specialist trade printing, bindery, and finishing facilities contracted for job production.
- Licensed courier, logistics, and dispatch partners handling island-wide delivery.
- Professional advisers, auditors, and legal counsel where required by Singapore statutory authorities.

5. Protection, Retention and Cross-Border Transfers
We maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical security arrangements to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal.
Security Safeguards
Digital production records and uploaded artwork files are stored within access-controlled systems. Administrative permissions are restricted to authorized personnel who require access for job processing.
Retention Limitation
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the commercial purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable statutory, tax, and accounting laws in Singapore. Artwork files not designated for standing repeat runs are periodically purged.
Cross-Border Transfers
Where production coordination requires data processing outside Singapore, we ensure that receiving organizations are bound by enforceable obligations to provide a standard of data protection comparable to that under the Singapore PDPA.
6. Access and Correction Rights
Under Sections 21 and 22 of the PDPA, you are entitled to request access to personal data in our possession or control, as well as information about how such data has been used or disclosed within the preceding year.
You may also request the correction of any error or omission in your personal data. Such requests should be addressed in writing to our Data Protection Officer.
