Every job is quoted individually from its exact specification: finished trim size, quantity, paper stock and caliper, colour sides, surface finishing, and required delivery date. We provide transparent, itemised written quotations with no hidden processing fees.
Yes. We accommodate custom dimensions, bespoke die-cut contours, textured paper stocks, metallic hot foil stamping, spot UV varnish, and custom folding configurations. Specify your requirements in your enquiry.
Standard turnaround is 7–14 working days. The schedule for specialist finishing is confirmed in your quotation.
Same-day printing available. Subject to artwork, stock and production capacity confirmation. Timing is agreed for each job.
Supply press-ready PDF files at 1:1 scale with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI, all colours converted to CMYK (FOGRA39 profile recommended), and all fonts outlined to vector curves.
Yes. All artwork requires a minimum of 3mm bleed on all four sides beyond the trim line. Keep critical text, logos, and important design elements at least 3mm to 5mm inside the final trim edge.
Artwork is checked before production. Experienced pre-press specialists inspect bleed margins, resolution, colour profiles, and layout alignment before press setup to prevent printing errors.
We provide island-wide courier delivery across Singapore to corporate offices, convention centres, hotels, and retail premises. Deliveries are packaged securely in moisture-resistant cartons.

Yes. As a registered Singapore private limited company (UEN: 201706183R), EZ Print supports procurement by government ministries, statutory boards, and educational institutions via GeBIZ and Vendors@Gov e-invoicing.
We accept corporate PayNow, electronic bank transfers, and corporate invoicing upon credit review for established corporate accounts and institutions.
