What a quotation needs
6things
Quantity, stock, sides, finish, size and the date. Send those and the quotation comes back against your job rather than against an average one.
Other printers publish money. We publish millimetres, grams and the tooling each operation needs — because those are the facts that help us confirm the right specification and schedule for your job.
What each finish needs, and what is kept for the reorder
Finishing operations: what each one needs, whether its tooling is kept for the reorder, and what a repeat therefore skips
Finish
Tooling
What the reorder pays for
Round-corneringStandard radii, on a die held as stock tooling
None
Nothing to make, so nothing to remake.
Matt or gloss laminationSingle pass, both sides
None
Nothing to make, so nothing to remake.
Creasing and foldingA creasing line is scored above 170 gsm, so a coated sheet does not crack at the fold
None
Nothing to make, so nothing to remake.
Hole-punchingStandard bits. A shaped or slotted opening is die-cutting, not punching
None
Nothing to make, so nothing to remake.
Soft-touch laminationThe film settles before the sheet is guillotined

Stock, drawn to thickness
Weight is not thickness. The first and third sheets below are both 350 gsm; the uncoated one measures 0.49 mm and the coated one 0.36 mm, because coating is heavy and thin. The edge under each swatch is the caliper, drawn to scale — one millimetre of stock is twenty-two pixels of edge.
No. Every job is quoted from its specification — stock, quantity, sides, finish, size and deadline. A printed price is only true for one exact specification, so publishing one would mean quoting a job you did not ask for.
How fast can EZ Print produce a job?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 working days. Same-day printing available. Subject to artwork, stock and production capacity confirmation. Timing is agreed for each job. Send the specification and required date for a quotation.
Does EZ Print deliver across Singapore?
Yes. Island-wide courier delivery. Collection can also be arranged on request.
Is artwork checked before it is printed?
Yes. Artwork is checked before production — bleed, resolution, colour mode and fonts — and anything that would print incorrectly is raised before the job goes on press.
How long has EZ Print been trading?
EZ PRINT PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated on 6 March 2017 (UEN 201706183R) and has traded since.
How do I get a quotation?
Prepare the specification — quantity, stock, sides, finish, size and deadline — on the quote page, then send the message through WhatsApp or email and attach the original artwork if it exists. WhatsApp enquiries go to +65 8208 7778. A written quotation comes back against that specification.
