Badge Preflight File Requirements
- Template Bleed: Provide master PDF template with 3 mm bleed on all sides.
- Lanyard Slot Clearance: Keep logos and text at least 20 mm below the top edge to allow clearance for the 14 × 3 mm oval punch.
- Database Formatting: Supply attendee lists in CSV or Excel format with separate columns: [First Name], [Last Name], [Job Title], [Company], [Attendee Tier], [QR Code Payload].
- QR Code Space: Allocate a minimum 25 × 25 mm quiet white box for scanning contrast.

You supply a base artwork template (PDF) and a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) containing delegate names, job titles, organizations, and category tags (e.g., Delegate, Speaker, VIP, Exhibitor). Our digital pre-press engine merges the text and generates unique dynamic 2D barcode / QR check-in codes directly onto each badge.
What slot punching configurations are available for lanyards?
We offer standard 14 × 3 mm European oval slot punching (fits flat swivel bulldog clips, crocodile clips, and lobster hooks) or dual 5 mm round hole punches for dual-clip no-twist lanyards.
Can badges be printed on rigid card without requiring plastic vinyl holders?

Can badges be delivered pre-sorted by alphabetical order or attendee tier?
