Fabric Substrate & Tailoring Standards
- 210gsm High-Density Polyester Fabric: Heavyweight tight-weave woven textile that drapes with graceful, natural folds. Inherently wrinkle-resistant and resistant to static clinging.
- Disperse Dye-Sublimation Technology: High-heat dye sublimation binds color molecules permanently inside the textile filaments. Colors will not bleed when exposed to water or hot beverage spills.
- Overlocked Serged Perimeter Hems: All raw fabric edges are finished with color-matched 4-thread overlocked safety stitching, eliminating fraying and unraveling over repeated event deployments.
- Front, Side & Top Branding: Edge-to-edge printing capability allows logos, corporate patterns, and contact information across the front apron, top tabletop surface, and side drops.
Draping Configurations & Sizing
- 4-Sided Closed Drape: Complete floor-length coverage on front, top, left, right, and back. Hides unsightly cabling, merchandise cartons, and extra boxes under the table.
- 3-Sided Open Back Drape: Full front and side drape with a short 20 cm rear flap, allowing event staff to pull chairs in closely and store immediate essentials.
- Custom Table Runners (60–90 cm wide): Compact vertical branded runner draped over standard neutral venue linen.

- Master Template Scaling: Design on our official vector template showing the front panel, top tabletop, left drop, right drop, and rear flap guides.
- Front Logo Placement: Center your main logo on the front vertical drop, keeping it 10 cm above the floor line to prevent vacuum cleaner scuffing.
- Bleed & Seams: Extend background colors and patterns 50 mm past the perimeter cutline to accommodate sewing seam allowances.
- Colour Space: Supply files in CMYK FOGRA39. Convert RGB raster imagery to avoid color shifts during dye-sublimation output.

What is the functional difference between a 4-sided closed throw and a 3-sided open-back table throw?
A 4-sided closed throw drapes fully to the floor on all four sides (front, sides, and rear), creating an enclosed aesthetic and concealing storage boxes beneath the table. A 3-sided open-back throw features an open rear drop that hangs approximately 15 to 20 cm from the top edge, giving event staff comfortable legroom while seated behind the counter.
What standard table dimensions do these throws fit?
Our standard 6ft throw fits standard banquet tables measuring 183 cm length × 76 cm width × 74 cm height (6 × 2.5 × 2.4 ft). The 8ft throw fits larger 244 × 76 × 74 cm tables. Custom tailored dimensions are also available.
Can the branded table throw be washed and ironed?
Yes. Dye-sublimation printing infuses disperse dye into the 210gsm polyester fibers under high heat. The tablecloth is machine washable on cold gentle cycles and can be ironed or steamed on low heat without ink fading, peeling, or cracking.
What is a table runner compared to a full table throw?
A table runner is a narrow branded fabric strip (typically 60 to 90 cm wide) draped down the center of a plain white or black venue-supplied tablecloth. It offers a compact, highly portable branding option for traveling exhibitors.
