Trade show pull-up banners fail in convention halls for two primary reasons: edge curling from humidity fluctuations and shadow projection from ceiling spotlights shining through lightweight banner films. Our commercial banner specification resolves both defects at the material level.

- 200-Micron Anti-Curl Poly-Synthetic Film: Unlike standard PVC vinyl tarpaulins, this biaxially oriented polypropylene composite maintains structural flatness regardless of indoor air-conditioning humidity shifts.
- Opaque Grey Blockout Interlayer: The reverse face is coated with an optical light-absorbing grey layer, preventing high-lux overhead exhibition hall lighting from illuminating support poles or casting rear silhouettes.
- Matte Micro-Textured Face: Eliminates specular reflection from venue floodlights, ensuring trade show branding and typography remain sharp and readable from wide viewing angles.

Banner Preflight File Requirements
- Document Size: 850 mm wide by 2050 mm high (includes 50 mm bottom bleed for roller anchoring).
- Resolution: 150 to 300 DPI at 100% scale (or minimum 300 DPI if designed at 50% scale).
- Colour Space: CMYK with embedded profiles (FOGRA39 or GRACoL2006). Convert RGB raster elements.
- Safe Quiet Zone: Keep critical text, contact info, and logos 15 mm inside the top and side trim edges, and at least 100 mm above the bottom edge.
- Typography: Convert all fonts to vector outlines (curves) to avoid missing font substitution errors.

What is the production turnaround for roll-up banners?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 working days. Same-day printing available. Subject to artwork, stock and production capacity confirmation. Timing is agreed for each job.
How should banner artwork be set up for printing?
Set canvas to 850 mm wide by 2050 mm high, including 50 mm hidden bleed at the bottom for cassette roller anchoring and 5 mm trim bleed on top, left, and right. Maintain critical text and logos at least 15 mm inside the trim line.
