- 260gsm Heavy Stretch Polyester: High-density warp-knitted polyester with 4-way mechanical stretch that eliminates sag and tension creases once zippered over the frame.
- Dye-Sublimation Thermal Infusion: Gaseous dye particles penetrate deep into the yarn filaments under 200°C heat transfer, locking in dense blacks and vibrant Pantone brand matches that cannot peel or scratch.
- Matte Anti-Reflective Weave: Completely diffuses strobe lights, flash photography, and venue spotlights, eliminating hot spots behind VIP interviewees and speakers.
- Blockout Core: Integrated high-opacity black woven core blocks out rear light sources, preventing silhouettes of frame poles from showing through the front graphic.

Backdrop Artwork Guidelines
- Scale & Resolution: Supply artwork at 100% scale at 100–150 DPI, or at 50% scale at 300 DPI.
- Step-and-Repeat Sizing: Standard sponsor logo grids should measure 15 to 20 cm wide per logo, spaced evenly with at least 10 cm vertical and horizontal breathing room.
- Safe Margin: Keep all sponsor logos and text at least 100 mm inside the outer trim edges to account for curved corners and fabric stretch tolerances.
- Colour Space: CMYK with embedded profiles (FOGRA39). Convert all spot colors to process CMYK values.

Why is tension fabric preferred over traditional PVC panel backdrops for red-carpet media walls?
Traditional multi-panel PVC backdrops have visible vertical join seams, bubble over time, and reflect flashbulbs with blinding white hot spots. Seamless tension fabric is printed as a single continuous graphic up to 6 meters wide, with a matte, non-reflective micro-weave that absorbs camera flashes and studio lighting smoothly.
How does the tension fabric graphic attach to the frame?
The graphic is tailored like a pillowcase with heavy-duty perimeter stitching and an industrial zipper along the bottom edge. It slips easily over the assembled aluminum tubular frame; closing the zipper pulls the stretch fabric taut, pulling out all transit wrinkles.
Can the fabric graphic be folded and washed?
Yes. Dye-sublimation infuses ink molecules directly into the polyester fibers under heat and pressure. The graphic can be folded into a compact carry bag for travel, machine-washed on a gentle cycle, or steamed on-site to remove deep folding creases.
What standard frame sizes are available for exhibition backdrops?
Standard dimensions include 2.4 × 2.4 m (8 × 8 ft) square media wall, 3.0 × 2.4 m (10 × 8 ft) stage backdrop, and 6.0 × 2.4 m (20 × 8 ft) wide exhibition booth perimeter wall, in both straight and gently curved configurations.
