Vinyl Chemistry & Barrier Lamination
- 100-Micron Calendered Polymeric Vinyl: High-tensile PVC film engineered to resist shrinkage and edge curling across multi-day exhibitions.
- Removable Solvent Acrylic Adhesive: Micro-structured adhesive channels that allow air bubbles to squeegee out during installation, while releasing cleanly without damaging paint or acrylic shell scheme surfaces upon removal.
- Protective Overlaminate Barrier: Clear cold-applied laminating film in matte or high gloss. Seals printed pigment inks against moisture, water condensation, alcohol sanitizers, and direct abrasion.
- High-Density UV Pigment Printing: Wide-gamut CMYK + White ink capabilities allow bright, opaque logos to be applied over tinted glass or coloured surfaces.

- Individual Die-Cut (Through-Cut): Both the vinyl and backing kraft paper are cleanly sheared through, producing standalone loose stickers ideal for delegate gift bags.
- Kiss-Cut on Sheets: The vinyl contour is scored through to the siliconized liner, leaving the border carrier matrix intact for rapid peeling during booth setup.
- Easy-Peel Split Backing: Individual decals can be ordered with a score line on the reverse backing liner for fast thumbnail removal.

How to set up vector cutlines (dielines) for custom-shaped decals.
Decal Artwork & Dieline Guidelines
- Dieline Vector Path: Supply your custom cut shape as a 100% vector stroke on a separate layer named "CutLine" set to 100% Magenta or Spot Color.
- Sticker Bleed: Extend graphic artwork 2 mm beyond the vector cutline to avoid white halos caused by minor cutting registration drift.
- Safe Margin: Keep text, icons, and critical logos at least 2 mm inside the cutline.
- Resolution: High-resolution raster images should be minimum 300 DPI at 100% final output size.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will booth wall decals peel off without damaging venue exhibition shell scheme panels?
Yes, when specified with low-tack removable solvent acrylic adhesive. These decals adhere firmly to laminated wood, painted drywall, and aluminum exhibition partition panels during the event, and peel off cleanly during teardown without leaving tacky adhesive residue or peeling paint.
What is the difference between kiss-cut stickers and individual die-cut stickers?
Die-cut stickers are cut through both the vinyl film and the paper backing liner, yielding individual custom-shaped stickers ready for giveaways. Kiss-cut stickers are cut only through the top vinyl layer while leaving the backing sheet intact, allowing multiple sticker designs to be supplied on a single sheet.
Are these decals fully waterproof and resistant to scratching?
Yes. The printed 100-micron polymeric PVC is finished with a clear UV-blocking protective overlaminate (matte or gloss). This makes the stickers 100% waterproof, smudge-proof, and resistant to beverage spills, outdoor moisture, and heavy surface friction.
Can custom contour shapes and complex vector cutlines be produced?
Yes. Our digital cutting plotters follow any vector cut path (dieline) drawn in your artwork file, creating precision organic curves, geometric shapes, or tight border offsets.

What is the production turnaround for custom event decals?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 working days. Same-day printing available. Subject to artwork, stock and production capacity confirmation. Timing is agreed for each job.
