Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
Printed paper gift bags for Nanyang Technological University's (NTU) Graduates' Evening, with the event name in script lettering and small gold stars on an ivory bag with a dark red edge and gold-toned rope handles. The bags are stacked flat, stretch-wrapped in bundles and labelled with caution stickers for careful handling.
About this job
Printed gift bags are a common part of event styling, and NTU used them for its Graduates' Evening. Graduation dinners, corporate evenings and school functions in Singapore use them to hold keepsakes, so a bag with the event name turns a simple handout into a memento.
The photo shows an ivory paper bag printed with the title in a flowing script, a thin gold line beneath it and small star motifs. A dark red edge frames the bag and the rope handles are gold-toned. The bags are stacked flat, wrapped in stretch film and marked with caution labels that ask for the stack not to be crushed. A light colour palette keeps the script legible and suits a formal evening.
Paper bags are printed flat, cut, folded and glued, then fitted with handles. Artwork is checked for text position relative to folds and gusset, because script lettering can be distorted if it crosses a crease. Handles are checked for secure attachment, and finished bags are counted, stacked and wrapped. The stretch film and labels keep the stacks flat and protect the folds in transit.

What can be printed on a paper gift bag?
A bag can carry text, a logo, patterns and an event name. The print area depends on the bag size and folds, so artwork is positioned to avoid creases and the handle area.
What handle options are there for paper bags?
Common choices include twisted paper handles and rope handles. Rope gives a more finished look for formal events, while paper handles are simpler. Confirm the choice when requesting a quotation.
Can paper bags be made in a custom size?
Yes. Paper bags can be made in different sizes and proportions, depending on what they need to hold. Give the item dimensions so the bag is sized with room to spare.
Can EZ Print print something similar on a deadline?
Same-day and urgent printing available. Subject to artwork approval, payment, print type and production availability. Timing confirmed per job.
