Request display hardware by its model, receiving dimensions and required components. A stand, frame or holder may look like another item while using a different connection, graphic size or base. State whether you need hardware alone; printing and replacement graphics are separate requests.
This guide helps prepare an EZ Print hardware enquiry. It does not approve a particular model, load, electrical arrangement or suitability for a venue.
Identify the existing or proposed system
Photograph the whole item, its label if present, and the connections relevant to the part you need. Record a manufacturer or model reference where known. If the model is unknown, say so instead of selecting the nearest product name and assuming compatibility.
For an existing stand, identify which pieces are still available. A base without its original pole, connectors or feet is not necessarily a complete system. Include the condition and reason for replacement so the enquiry addresses the real missing scope.
Measure fit separately from appearance
Distinguish outer dimensions, graphic insert dimensions and visible opening. For a holder, show the internal receiving space and the type of item it must hold. For a stand, identify the connection and the assembled footprint as separate facts.
Manufacturer display documentation publishes graphic templates separately from assembled dimensions. Use the equivalent documentation for the actual model. The reference does not establish that EZ Print supplies the named product or that a similar graphic is compatible.
List the included components
Write down the base, frame sections, poles, connectors, feet, fasteners, carry case and any other pieces you expect. Mark which are required new and which you will reuse. Do not infer inclusion from a catalogue illustration of a complete display.
If a graphic is needed, identify that as a separate line in the brief. If you want a complete package assessed, say so. This prevents hardware-only and printed-package enquiries being compared as if they describe the same deliverable.
Explain use and transport
Describe indoor or outdoor placement, repeated assembly, transport and storage. Give the dimensions of any relevant receiving space. Suitability depends on the actual system and intended conditions, so ask for the manufacturer’s limitations and relevant confirmation rather than making a judgement from a photograph.
For powered displays, identify the exact required unit and existing connector information. Keep electrical compatibility as a question for assessment. This guide does not provide wiring instructions or suggest substituting a familiar-looking power accessory.
Keep assembly instructions model-specific
Ask for the correct instructions for the confirmed hardware. A second manufacturer’s display reference provides separate instruction and replacement-part documentation, illustrating why a general assembly video should not stand in for model identification.
Check that the received parts and instructions refer to the same model before use. Keep the labels and packing information for future replacement enquiries. The goal is to preserve an identifiable system rather than build a mixture of parts whose fit has never been assessed.
Prepare a hardware-only quote request
Browse the product directory and request a quote with model references, photographs, quantities and a component list. State clearly that printing is excluded when you need hardware alone. Confirm supply and compatibility before committing to a replacement; a proposed product page is a starting point for the enquiry, not evidence that every displayed part is available.
Same-day and urgent printing available. Subject to artwork approval, payment, print type and production availability. Timing confirmed per job.
Frequently asked questions
How do I order a replacement part for a display stand I already have?
Identify the existing system first. Photograph the whole item, its label if present and the connections relevant to the part you need, and record a manufacturer or model reference where known. If the model is unknown, say so rather than selecting the nearest product name and assuming compatibility. A base without its original pole, connectors or feet is not necessarily a complete system, so include the condition and reason for replacement.
Is a replacement banner graphic the same size as the display frame?
Not necessarily. Outer dimensions, graphic insert dimensions and visible opening are different measurements, and manufacturer documentation publishes graphic templates separately from assembled dimensions. Use the documentation for the actual model rather than a similar one. If a graphic is needed, list it as a separate line in the brief, because hardware-only and printed-package enquiries do not describe the same deliverable.
Does a display stand come with a carry case and connectors?
Do not infer that from a catalogue illustration of a complete display. Write down the base, frame sections, poles, connectors, feet, fasteners, carry case and any other pieces you expect, and mark which are required new and which you will reuse. Confirm supply and compatibility before committing, because a product page is a starting point for the enquiry, not evidence that every displayed part is available.
What if my powered display needs a replacement power unit?
Identify the exact required unit and the existing connector information, and keep electrical compatibility as a question for assessment. Do not substitute a familiar-looking power accessory; this guide provides no wiring instructions. Check that the parts you receive and their instructions refer to the same model before use.
Can I set up my display using a general assembly video?
A general video should not stand in for model identification. Ask for the correct instructions for the confirmed hardware, since a manufacturer’s display reference can carry its own instruction and replacement-part documentation for a specific model. Check that the received parts and instructions refer to the same model, and keep the labels and packing information for future replacement enquiries.
