Order a replacement display graphic against the exact existing system. The original frame or cassette may be reusable, but its template, attachment and usable dimensions still need confirmation. A replacement graphic is not automatically a complete display package or a hardware repair.

Identify the system before designing
Find the model label, original paperwork or confirmed instructions if available. Photograph the complete display and the points where the graphic attaches. If the item is unlabelled, record that uncertainty rather than choosing a template because its width looks similar.
For a cassette display, describe the upper connection and existing graphic arrangement. For a frame display, show edge channels, connectors or other attachment features. Do not dismantle unfamiliar hardware just to take a measurement; obtain the appropriate assessment and instructions first.
Distinguish the visible and manufactured dimensions
The audience sees the finished visible area, while part of a graphic may be concealed in the system or needed for an attachment. Ask for the confirmed artwork template rather than measuring only the exposed face.
A manufacturer’s frame reference separates graphic templates from overall dimensions. Use the relevant template for your actual system. Its published measurements should not be reused for unrelated hardware or treated as EZ Print stock information.
Confirm the attachment construction
Describe hems, edge strips, pockets, fasteners or other existing details. State whether the replacement needs the same arrangement and ask how it will be supplied. A flat printed sheet and a prepared replacement graphic are different deliverables.
If you have the old graphic, photograph its edge construction as a reference. Identify any problem that prompted replacement, such as a damaged connection or an obsolete message. A new image does not necessarily resolve an underlying hardware problem, so keep that question separate.
Plan artwork for the assembled display
Use the confirmed visible boundary for important content. Keep text, faces and codes away from concealed or attachment areas. Where several graphics form one composition, label the panel sequence and direction so similar pieces do not get exchanged.
For a lightbox, explain that the graphic is intended to be illuminated. Ask for the full material-and-system combination to be assessed. Do not assume an ordinary poster or fabric with the same dimensions will produce the intended result.
Check the replacement process and included scope
Confirm who removes the old graphic and fits the replacement. Ask whether any additional components are required. A model-specific display page provides separate replacement-part information; it illustrates the need to identify the real system, not a universal repair method.
Retain the agreed template and attachment details for future changes. A repeated campaign becomes easier to brief when the system is documented instead of measured again from an old photograph.
Use the display product directory and request a quote with model, dimensions, attachment photographs, artwork versions and quantities. State graphics-only scope explicitly and confirm availability and fit before approval. The objective is a replacement that belongs to the existing system, with hardware and fitting responsibilities clear.
