Children's event invitations. Victory Family Centre
Victory Family Centre
Invitation cards for Victory Family Centre's 'At the Movies' children's event series, printed on black stock with a bold retro title and space-themed artwork. The card lists the event dates and venue address, and the cards were wrapped in brown paper parcels, with a sample card placed on top.
About this job
Invitation cards help community groups, family centres and schools in Singapore reach families before an event. A children's programme often uses a bright, playful card that can be handed out in person or placed on notice tables.
The photo shows a landscape card on a wrapped parcel. The black background makes the red and yellow title stand out, and a small space-themed illustration adds to the film theme. Event details and the venue address are set in white beneath the title, with a small strip of text along the bottom edge. Because the card has all the essential details on one face, it works as a quick reference for parents.
Dark full-colour cards need even coverage across the black areas and sharp, legible small type. The proof is checked for spelling of names, dates and addresses, since an error on an invitation cannot be fixed once it is out. After printing, cards are trimmed, counted and wrapped. Splitting a run into separate parcels lets a group distribute cards to each venue without opening every bundle.
Questions
What did EZ Print print for Victory Family Centre?
Invitation cards for Victory Family Centre's 'At the Movies' children's event series, printed on black stock with a bold retro title and space-themed artwork. The card lists the event dates and venue address, and the cards were wrapped in brown paper parcels, with a sample card placed on top.
What should an invitation card include?
Include the event name, date, time, venue and a contact method. For a children's event, the age range and any registration instructions help parents decide quickly. Check every detail before the proof is approved.
Do black invitation cards print well?
Yes, with careful preparation. Large black areas need an even finish, and light text needs to stay sharp. A proof confirms the contrast before the full run is printed.
Can invitations be packed for several venues?
Yes. Cards can be counted and wrapped into separate parcels, one for each venue or group. This makes distribution easier and reduces the chance of cards being mixed up.
Can EZ Print print something similar on a deadline?
Same-day and urgent printing available. Subject to artwork approval, payment, print type and production availability. Timing confirmed per job.
