Organise a team apparel order in two parts: the garment list and the decoration brief. Record sizes and quantities against the actual garment reference, then identify artwork positions, dimensions and any changing names or numbers. A team mockup is useful, but it is not a complete order list.

For an EZ Print enquiry, explain the intended use and ask which garment-and-decoration combination can be assessed. Do not assume every textile or artwork method is available.

Use one agreed garment reference

Identify the style, colour and fabric information known for the proposed garment. If garments are supplied by your organisation, state that clearly and ask whether that scope can be supported. Do not substitute a different garment halfway through approval without checking the effect on the decoration request.

Give team members the actual size information for the chosen reference rather than relying on the letter size of another brand. Keep the quantity table organised by size and version. Check the total against the sum of the rows before sending the brief.

Define the use conditions

Describe whether the item is for regular work, an event, sport or another setting. Explain the desired appearance and any important care expectations. Those details help assess the request without turning a product name into an unsupported performance claim.

A decoration manufacturer’s selection guide treats fabric as a method-selection factor. The document does not establish EZ Print equipment or approve a method for your garment. Ask for the complete proposed combination to be confirmed rather than choosing a technique solely from a photograph.

Specify placement at real dimensions

Show front, reverse and any sleeve or other position separately. Give the intended artwork dimensions and orientation. Decide whether the placement follows a fixed measurement or should be assessed across the garment size range.

Check the smallest and largest garment size in the order. A logo that looks balanced on one mockup may not occupy the same proportion on every item. Seams, pockets and closures can affect usable space, so identify them when they matter to the design.

Keep personalised information unambiguous

If names or numbers change, list each entry with its garment size and quantity. Separate shared artwork from the variable content. Check spelling, punctuation and any number format with the responsible team representative.

Use the longest name as an artwork test and confirm how shorter entries will be treated. Do not assume personalisation is included in every apparel enquiry. Ask whether the requested scope can be assessed and how the approved information should be supplied.

Approve the actual artwork and construction

Review the supplied logo source rather than a low-resolution screenshot if the original is available. Make colour expectations explicit, especially when the garment colour forms part of the visual result. Ask how the proposed material and decoration should be checked before the final order.

Keep a record of the agreed garment, placement, artwork revision and quantity table. If one element changes, identify it and repeat the relevant approval instead of assuming the earlier sample covers the new combination.

Browse apparel products and request a quote with the team list and garment references. Exact supply, method, artwork requirements and timing are confirmed for the job. The feature illustration is conceptual where a matching reviewed garment image is missing; it is not evidence of a completed EZ Print team order.
