How to order on an express schedule
Send these six details together so we can confirm capacity without back-and-forth messaging:
- 1. Product & Quantity: The item required and finished copy count.
- 2. Trim Size: Finished dimensions in millimetres, built with 3 mm bleed.
- 3. Paper Stock: Paper grade and weight in gsm (e.g. 157 gsm art paper, 350 gsm art card).
- 4. Printed Sides: 4C/4C full colour both sides, 4C/1C, or 1C/0 black-and-white.
- 5. Finishing Operations: Lamination, creasing, folding, or binding specifications.
- 6. Required Date & Area: Exact deadline date, venue location, or collection arrangement.

Does EZ Print offer same-day and express printing in Singapore?
Yes. Same-day and urgent printing available. Subject to artwork approval, payment, print type and production availability. Timing confirmed per job. Availability is assessed for each order against the required quantity, paper stock, finishing operations, and artwork status.
Can every product be printed on an express schedule?
Availability is assessed against the product, quantity, artwork, materials and finishing. Send the actual specification for confirmation.
What artwork requirements ensure an express schedule?
Artwork should be supplied as a print-ready PDF at actual size with 3 mm bleed on all four sides. Convert all fonts to outlines and build colour in CMYK. Submitting correct artwork avoids preflight delays before production starts.
How are delivery and collection handled?
Orders can be delivered island-wide via courier, or collected by arrangement at our Centennial Tower office (#21-00/01, 3 Temasek Avenue, Singapore 039190) during weekday office hours. Production schedule and delivery timing are confirmed separately in your written quotation.
What is the standard turnaround if an order cannot be produced same-day?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 working days. Standard turnaround applies to regular production orders.
